You just need data connection (4G-3G-2G-LTE-H+).
STEPS:
• Open official Facebook App (Not Fb Lite)
• Click 'Go To Free' (It Should Be On Free Mode)
• Go to Phone Settings
>Applications
>Facebook (app)
>Tap 'Force Stop'
>Tap 'Clear Cache'
• Open Facebook App
Done. Now you can view photos in Facebook on Free Mode.
NOTE:
If you close the Facebook App the trick will not function, just do the STEPS again.
